The government is our
only client.
Since 2001 we have built civil infrastructure, facility renovations, repair and maintenance, and water and wastewater systems for public owners across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Gulf South — self-performing the mechanical, electrical, and process work most general contractors hand to a sub.
What our SDVOSB status does
for your acquisition.
A set-aside is only useful to you if the awardee can actually execute. Here is the procurement path our certification opens, and the capability behind it.
Set-aside eligible
Under FAR 19.1405 you may set an acquisition above the micro-purchase threshold aside for SDVOSB concerns where market research shows two or more eligible SDVOSBs will offer at a fair market price. FAR directs that SDVOSB set-asides be considered before a general small business set-aside.
Sole-source eligible
Under FAR 19.1406, where there is no reasonable expectation of two or more offers, you may award to a single SDVOSB on a sole-source basis up to $5 million for our NAICS codes — a materially shorter path to award than full and open competition.
Goal credit & verification
Awards to us count toward your agency's SDVOSB prime contracting goal, and at VA toward Veterans First priority. We are certified through SBA VetCert — verify us in SAM.gov and SBA Small Business Search using the UEI and CAGE published on every page of this site.
Five contracts. Four public owners.
Completed 2024–2026.
Owner, contract value, location, and completion date are stated for every project so you can judge similarity in size and scope without making a phone call.

Upgrades to municipal sewer and wastewater lift stations — process mechanical, piping, pumps, and electrical instrumentation and controls, self-performed, on a live collection system that could not be taken out of service.

Hammond-Area "Act of Nature" Repairs
Disaster and storm-damage repairs across National Guard facilities in the Hammond area — performed on an active installation with operations continuing throughout.
What we build.
- General construction — new, renovation and upgrades for government facilities
- Base and facility repair and maintenance — MATOC / IDIQ / JOC-style work
- Design-build construction support
- Civil and site work — sitework, utilities and infrastructure development
- Water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure development
- Pump stations, process mechanical and piping
- Electrical, instrumentation and controls (I&C)
- Occupied facility renovations — phased, no shutdown

Crew in PPE, hands on tools. Not a finished room.
Why owners keep us on
sites they cannot shut down.
- Government-only focus. Public-sector procurement, prevailing wage, and specification compliance are our core business, not a sideline we tolerate.
- Broad self-perform capability. General, civil, mechanical, and electrical under one roof — fewer subcontractor interfaces, fewer schedule dependencies, fewer change-order arguments.
- Proven occupied-facility construction. Phased sequencing, temporary systems, and shutdown avoidance on facilities that have to keep running.
- Federal quality control and safety procedures. Documented QC and safety programs written for public-sector inspection, not retrofitted for it.
- Bonded and fully insured. General liability, workers' compensation, auto, and umbrella coverage in force. Surety letter, bonding capacity and certificates of insurance furnished on request.
- Licensed in two states. Louisiana CL 41751 and Mississippi 25321-MC, with the classifications the work actually requires.
Looking for an SDVOSB partner
who can actually build it?
If your small-business subcontracting plan needs an SDVOSB with real self-perform depth in civil, mechanical, electrical, and water/wastewater — not a pass-through — start here. We team as a prime, a subcontractor, or a joint-venture partner.

Two trades in one frame.
If you are conducting market research, we will return a completed capability statement, a matching NAICS and PSC listing, and a bonding letter within one business day.
