Public work is inspected work. Our quality control and safety programs were built for federal, state, and municipal review from the beginning, because we have never had a commercial book of business to write them for instead.
- Federal-format quality control procedures — definable features of work, three-phase control (preparatory, initial, follow-up), and documented daily reporting
- Submittal and RFI discipline — tracked, logged, and closed out, because a late submittal is a late project
- Specification compliance — we bid the specification that was issued and build the specification that was issued
- Closeout as a deliverable — as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and training handled as scope, not as an afterthought
- Site-specific safety plans — written per project, not photocopied
- Occupied-site protection — dust and noise containment, egress protection, and separation of the public from the work
- Active-installation protocol — badging, escorts, security coordination, and working around the owner's operations
- Trained self-perform crews — our own people, under our own supervision, which is the only way safety culture actually holds
Documentation furnished on request. Site-specific safety plans, quality control plans, insurance certificates, and safety and performance records are provided to contracting officers, owners, and prime contractors on request for any specific solicitation or prequalification.

Certified payrolls, Davis-Bacon and state prevailing-wage compliance, DBE and small-business subcontracting reporting, and the documentation burden of federally funded disaster recovery. None of it is optional, and all of it is a place where contractors who normally build private work get into trouble.
We do not have a private book of business. Compliance is not an adjustment we make for your project — it is how the company runs.
